Sustainable Land Stewardship is a land management company created to fulfill the need of helping private land owners in Jackson Hole and surrounding areas manage their property that has been set aside for wildlife sanctuaries such as conservations easement property. Preserving open spaces is very important and is the first step in helping create wildlife habitat. The second step, which is crucial, is active management of these properties. This entails: weed or invasive species control, water management, reclamation work of disturbed areas or high impact areas, forage management, and fence maintenance or removal of unneeded fences.
